CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the Cannabid sativa plant, which is also known as marijuana or help, according to the US National Library of Medicine.
It's a naturally occurring substance that's used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm. Unlike its cousin, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the major active ingredient in marijuana, CBD is not psychoactive.
Currently, CBD product is more and more popular in USA and CBD product packaging equipment demand is increasing. In may, one of our customers from USA contacted us to discuss the possibility to make a tincture filling line for their new product-tincture CBD oil. Sunswell provided a solution shortly according to the client’s requirement and the two parties then signed a contract for a tincture CBD oil filling line. The supply scope includes a turntable, tincture filler/capper monoblock and packing table. The filling/capping monoblock incudes two-head peristaltic pump filling valves and two-head dropper caps capping machine with two automatic cap sorters, so its capacity can reach 2500BPH base on 30ml glass tincture bottle.
Now the machine manufacturing and test run have been completed and ready for shipment. We believe it will help the customer achieve breakthroughs in this new product area.
