1. The machine is made of aluminium alloy, mild steel, stainless steel, alloy steel.
2. Bearing is equipped with superior brands, imported bearing (Japan and Germany); Self lubrication bearing IGUS is used.
3. High pressure valve is procured from NORGREN, EUGEN SEITZ (Swiss), FESTO(Germany) etc.
4. High presser muffler is procured from the USA and NORGREN (Germany).
5. The pneumatic system is procured from FESTO (Germany), SMC (Japan), NORGREN etc.
6. Touch screen and the operation system is from Schneider and SIEMENS (Germany).

8. Photoelectric sensor is procured from TURCK (Germany), B & R (Austria), and BANNER (USA) etc.
9. Transducer is procured from TURCK (Germany), SICK, B&R (Austria), OMRON (Japan) and BANNER (USA) etc.
10. Contactor is procured from SIEMENS (Germany), Schneider etc.
11. Amphenol connector is procured from PHOENIX (USA) and ABB etc.
12. Stainless steel wire trunking (open installation) is adopted, which is convenient for wire arrangement, cleaning and inspecting.
1. The frame of the machine is made of superior mild steel, with rustproof coating treatment on the surface of the machine. Stainless steel (ANSI304) is covered on the frame.
2. Stainless steel table with anti – pull technology is exclusively used, together with “O” type sealing ring. Leaking of bearing pedestal and supporting shaft can be minimized with this construction.
3. The transmission system is right under the machine frame, drove by a main motor and transmitted by gear.
4. Transmission gear arrangement is crossed with steel gear and nylon gear.
5. Overloading protection device is equipped on the output shaft of the main motor.

7. The whole process from bottle – in to bottle – out of the 2 in 1 filling machine is controlled by PLC system.
8. The operation can be done on the touch screen, capacity, count, incident type and spot can all be displayed on the screen. Incidence time and type etc. can be recorded automatically.
