Sunswell 28000BPH glass bottled carbonated soft drinks /soda water line has been run tested successfully. It can be applicated in carbonated soft drinks, cola, soda water, CO2 gas water, fizzy water.
The glass bottle 3 in 1 monoblock is composed of:
72 heads rotary bottle rinser
The new bottle is transported through the separation screw and starwheel by the clamp and turn over device; bottle neck is held up words, after water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to another process.
72 heads rotary isobar filler
The filling ways adopt isotonic filling. Filling valves are opened by bottle presence signals. When the liquid level reaches to the gas return pipe, stop filling. After finishing filling, valves are closed by valve closing mechanism to further stop venting to complete the filling process.
18 heads crown capper
Adopt stainless steel magnetic hopper, magnetic transmission of cap-unscrambling, cap-falling, and cap-inputting of crown caps. No deformation of caps in the operation, large amount of cap-falling and stable cap-compression with automotive unloading function and low rate of broken bottles.
Except crown cap, we can also handle aluminum cap (ROPP cap) , twist off cap.
