Recently, the customized 300BPH(5gallon) water filling line was shipped to Mexico.
The line includess fully automatic de-capper, outside brusher, rinsing/filling/capping triblock, label shrinker with steam generator and the connecting conveyors.
All equipment are made by high configuration and customized by Mexican customer’s requirement.
Filling machine adopts non-touch volumetric filling valves controlled by flowmeters to ensure the fill level consistency and stability.
Capping machine is for pre-thread caps to instead of traditional pressing style for 5- gallon bottle. The pre-tread cap is more popular in Mexico.
