The core of this high-speed canning line is our YDGF 30-6 volumetric filler. Utilizing float-ball cylinder quantitative filling technology and an electrical pneumatic valve control system, it ensures stable, high-speed production for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. During continuous, high-volume operations, the equipment delivers precise and consistent filling performance, setting a new industry benchmark for reliability.

The seamer is equipped with original Taiwanese alloy steel sealing rollers (HRC > 62) to guarantee stable and reliable seam quality. It integrates pre-seaming CO₂ purging, a "no can, no cap" control system to prevent waste, and a dry-run detection function. The seamer can also be manually adjusted to accommodate various can heights.
