Return with glory: Zimbabwe 10,000BPH Water Bottling Line Run Successfully

Zimbabwe is a landlocked country in southern Africa with a good industrial and agricultural base. Zimbabwe has a population of 13.06 million. Harare is the capital and largest city of Zimbabwe, also the city where our client located in.

WellPure is a well-known brand locally which is gaining booming preference from consumers. It has more than 5 years’ experience in mineral water delivering in the forms of bottles less than 2L, 5-gallon, sachet water. Their old production line for 0.75L is 4,000bph. As the markets is getting bigger, they are very urgent to extend a new line with bigger capacity.

What we offered to this client is a 10,000bph water bottling line, the whole line includes following machines:

Y shape air conveyor to link both client old blowing machine and the new one purchased from us.
Full-auto 6 cavity servo model blowing machine with whole set compressors.
XGF24-24-6, washing-filling-capping 3-in-1 monobloc, with the stable capacity of 10,000bph.
Double head sleeve labeling machine with the capacity of 15,000bottles per hour.
18pcaks/min, with cardboard under the pack with PE film wrapping.

On March 15. Three of our engineers in charge of this line landed on Harare. Engineer Chen in charge of Filling machine, Zhu in charge of labeling and wrapping machine and Wu in charge of blowing. In client factory, all is going well though there were some electricity problems. After 10 days, they help clients run the line successfully and teach their engineers operate machines independently.

Without doubt that client is very satisfied with our machines and promise to order a same blowing machine after 2~3 months.
