This Sleeve labeling machine from our American customer who attaches great importance to the issue of efficiency and wants us to deliver the machine in the shortest time and specifically punch holes in the labels. The label wrapped around the bottle cap can be made easy to tear for easy opening. It can save some costs and make the label more flexible.
Added color mark detection, making it easier to cut off multi-color labels, making the label shrink more beautiful.
In order to adapt to high-speed production, we equipped with a high-speed label rack to continue labeling without stopping the machine or slowing down.
The dual-drive structure to make the label fall more stable. When falling, the corners are folded to open the label for easy insertion into the bottle.
