Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail. There is once time of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.

The equipment conveys bottle to the star-wheel drive l through bottle feeding flue, and then to the bottle clamping mechanism of washing machine, the bottle clamping mechanism holds the bottle neck and overturns for washing the inside and outside walls of the bottle along the guide rail of washing machine, the washed and dry bottle is conveyed to the star-wheel drive ll, and then to the bottling machine through the star-wheel drive lll, the bottle clamp plate may hold the bottle neck and open the bottling value for bottling the machine along the guide rail, after bottling, the bottle is delivered to the capping machine through star-wheel drive IV and star-wheel drive V., the bottle clamping plate of the capping machine holds the bottle neck for capping, finally, the well capped beverage bottle is conveyed to the conveying chain though star-wheel drive VI, finish washing, bottling and capping.
